I see this all the time and it annoys me, because it really shouldn't be an issue. If I ever want to check my phone while driving, I pull over, put car into neutral, put up the parking brake, check phone, done. Doesn't really take that long and you aren't putting anyone in danger. :dry:

I just find it stupid. It's not fair that they are putting others lives in danger just to take a little selfie that can easily wait until after you get away from the car.

In the UK, it's illegal to use (handheld) phones or cameras while driving.  So here, yeah, you definitely shouldn't be doing it.
