I would like to see that set up as a matrix that includes data on screen time, lines, and whether the episode was plot centric or character centric. That last one is extremely important in determining character utilization.

What confirmed episode are you talking about? If you're talking about "The Cart Before the Ponies", that to me, is a Crusaders episode, and I therefore can't qualify that as a Rarity episode.

Yeah I caught that. It could be PPOV, but I also saw speculation that Tabitha may have been referring to Saddle Row Review and forgot it aired. That last one would be odd because from what I gathered, she is eccentric but sharp as a scalpel.

Rarity's VA at SDCC mentioned is looking forward to her upcoming episode that deals with various points of view. There is an episode titled PPOV which when ponified means Pony Point of View from Personal Point of View.

Okay, all right, fine then. I crossed off "1 Fluttershy episode" and in its place is now "1 Rarity episode", seeing as though Fluttershy will probably only get two episodes this season, like she did in Season 5, whereas Pinkie got four episodes, while Rarity only had three. So I guess it makes sense for Rarity to have just one more episode, as long as Pinkie will have one more as well to make three for her this season.

So you're saying that screenshots and vectors for each episode get leaked online beforehand? Interesting. It'll probably be a while before I can watch anyway though. I don't live in the US, and trust me, you have no idea how much of a gap there is between the US release of episodes, and the international release. Still, fingers crossed.

Applejack is fine though; She's got the cart before the ponies, A map episode, plus "Where the apple lies" coming up (there no WAY that's not an AJ episode). She's got a really bad showing so far this season with AJ's day off, but she's still had screentime.

Pinkie's pretty low atm and Has only 2 episodes, with her having burned her map episode already; I'm expecting she'll have a heavy hoof in 28 pranks later like RD in flutterbrutter, but yeah, nothing confirmed.

 

 

That being said, If anypony has too many seasons this season its... RD. I LOVE RD, but I have to be objective, and admit that yes, she has ALOT of episodes this season, even more than Rarity IMO. She's got a co-starring role in Flutterbrutter, she's got Newbie dash (As shitty as that was), and she's got Stranger than fan fiction and 28 pranks later coming up. (Though, once more, I'm REALLY freaking uneasy about BOTH of those episodes). Add in Top bolt and Cart before the pony, and that's 5 guaranteed so far.

I do have some (hopefully) great news. Pinkie and Fluttershy are finally getting an episode! Yesterday, a synopsis for "Buckball Season" was posted at Yahoo.com. This synopsis, I hope, will appear on Zap2It as well.  Of course, we are also going to expect Applejack and Rainbow Dash in it as well, as long as neither of them hog the episode a lot when it airs on the final weekend before school starts this year.

 

Moreover, I don't mean to be rude, but I'm also hoping that Twilight and Rarity BOTH won't show their faces in this episode.

 

On the other hand, it was actually a good idea for "28 Pranks Later" to NOT be a Pinkie episode, or else she would've had four episodes centered on her this season AGAIN, as this happened last season and the other four ponies (Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash) each only had three or less, and it wouldn't be fair to them if Pinkie had four episodes about her for two seasons in a row. Plus, she was confirmed at least eight times in last season's episodes, while the others were confirmed six times or less, especially Rainbow Dash, who only got confirmed three times last season (that's FIVE less than Pinkie). Even more than that, Rainbow Dash only got one more confirmation of appearing in an episode until "Stranger Than Fan Fiction", and was actually therefore off to a pretty bad start in Season 6.

 

So it's probably fair if characters took turns having confirmations in newer episodes of the show. Since Pinkie's already had her turn in Season 5, and Rarity and Rainbow Dash each had much less, it's now their turns to take the spotlight.

I may also want to point out that Pinkie and Fluttershy both made the least total appearances within the Mane Six for at least a whole year (2013) throughout the series. If their absences continue (I hope not), history may repeat itself again.
