How did Prince Blueblood get the nickname "Prince Astron"?

I have noticed among some old comments made before "The Best Night Ever", in which they refer Prince Blueblood as "Prince Astron".

 

How did he get the name "Astron"? Was it because of the star-shaped cutie mark?

I have never heard of this before, and even if it did happen, I don't think people are still using it.

You know, I was checking out FiM the other day when I heard about Princess Celestia having a nephew named Prince Astron? Since when did Princess Luna have a son? Did the father commit suicide or something? I would love to know.

Also, "Prince Astron" occasionally appears as a profile name related to Blueblood, if you search the name at Google.

Astron is derived from Astro so it relates to astronomical origins like how he's related to Celestia, whom is another term from astronomy. I assume the fans made the space-related names for genealogy.
