Such a tough question. It would have to be a toss-up between Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie. Twi and Dash for their adorkable fangasms, and Pinkie... I don't think I need to explain much. She is the life of the party after all  .

 

Runner Up: Shining Armor. I could totally see me and him having a fantastic "bro" weekend. I'm sure Cadence won't mind watching Flurry for the weekend while her husband goes to a con to have the time of his life  .
