Where do Tender Taps and co. get regular education?

Now, where do the ponies at Hoofer Steps' dance school get regular education? Are they home schooled? Does the ground floor of Hoofer Steps' place serve as a school? Does Cheerilee have a competitor we haven't seen yet? I welcome your thoughts!

Well,it depends on "How big is the Ponyville school?"  Pip is a student there (he was elected class president, he must be) but you never see him in class with Miss Cheerilee.  So, there must be other grades & other teachers.  Tender Taps could be in another grade, like Pip.

Maybe some other school that we don't see in the show. Or different grade levels with different teachers.

Different classes at different times of the day maybe?
Little'pip looks much younger than the CMC, tender taps doesn't look much different, could still be a year or 2 away.
