No one has ever caught me watching an episode or browsing these forums because I don't like the idea of people watching me when I'm on the computer. Seriously. I only ever browse the forum/watch MLP/anime blah blah blah at home.

Not me. I don't try to keep it secret. I wear a Chrysalis jacket to school and sometimes the Rainbow Dash beanie. My entire desktop has been ponified, so anyone who comes visit would automatically know that I like MLP. I don't feel that ashamed for liking it. I embrace it.

I don't try to hide the fact that I like MLP so it would surprise me if no one knew about it. Every single thing I have is completely plastered with ponies, phone, laptop, notebooks, everything. The trick is not to make a big deal out of it. Just be confident and everything will work out just fine.

Originally I was (and still kind of am) very closet. Even though I know most of my relatives know I still hide it. But at school I am much more open since my group of friends is literally called the nerd herd. Most of them do wear MLP T-shirts and necklaces to school and no one seems to mind. If things had gone as I thought they would I would probably still not even know that there were bronies/pegasisters at my school. But on my first day a (now) friend of mine just up and asks me if I watch MLP. That made things a crap ton easier.

I've only been caught once by my mom she didn't care, and a few times by my dad didn't care either when he saw me watching some episodes on the family computer. My dads actually tried watching an episode or two, whenever my sister watches it on tv occasionally. For some odd reason my 3 year old sister likes watching a show she can't even understand, that her 13 year old brother likes watching as well and is part of a fandom of this show the 3 year old also watches, I really hate how that works out. I told my 2 closest friends that I was a brony, kinda casually when saying so fit in with the conversation, they didn't care either, they sometimes tease me about it though. Oh but all hell broke loose when the 5 freaks at my table in art last year found out (to be honest I don't even remember how). They harassed me everyday constantly with a new barrage of insults, I can think of so many stories I have of those idiots.

My little cousin caught me once.

 

He saw the tab name(apparently he is able to read tab names didn't know that. And was like "My little pony?" giggled and then we lucky got saved as the call for dinner came, that was closest i got.

 

My brother saw it one time and asked what MLP stood for, but then left for something else, so yeah.

 

Hopefully i never get actually caught.

Yes, I have for almost every episode in season 2 because I was watching it before bed time and my father always came in while I was watching it for the first time (when no one knew that I was a brony)

usually, it is not i who is caught with the mlp stuff. it's more often me kinda peeking around to see who are fans based on what THEY have on THEIR screens. plus, i don't really do much pony stuff in public anyway. except for listen to music. this will probably change once i finally get to attend a convention.

I watch it with my sister. My family knows I watch it with her. They don't really care. They know I think it's a good show. My dad has actually seen a few parts that made him laugh. (Rainbow Dash and Derpy scene.) I'm mostly just worried about my friends. If I find a Beony at my new school (Highland Tech) that would be awesome.

  I've been caught a few times.  My mom walked in while I was watching MLP on TV, but she didn't care.  She said it was cute that I like it   .  My dad also found out (I think) and didn't say anything, so I guess he doesn't care either or didn't notice.

 

  One of my roommates found out when he saw my cell phone wallpaper.  I said it was just some random picture I found and I didn't know what it was from, but he didn't buy it.  I eventually owned up to liking MLP, and he also didn't care.

 

  Another one of my roommates caught me on the forums, but he either didn't notice or didn't care.  I think he didn't know what I was on though and probably thought it was just some site.
