I was asking more for Disney Cartoons from the late 1920's to I think the early 1960's.

Do movies count? Or does it have to be a series?

@Sparklefan1234 Because  my favorite Disney cartoon in that time period is Pinnochio

@ChB

I mean like the cartoons that starred Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck & Goofy during the early days of Disney animation.

@Sparklefan1234 Oh, then I guess it would have to be Sorcerer's Apprentice, as you said, because I haven't seen many cartoons featuring Mickey and his friends that are that old.

But if we talk more classic disney movies, Then that would probably be the Jungle Book

Fluttershy VS. Kaa the Snakeby Tyrranux

I would say one of them, considering he was a big inspiration for my OC. But there are other disney characters i also really like.

Is your favorite Classic Disney cartoon "The Sorcerer's Apprentice"?

I actually based Will Guide's appearance on Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey Mouse! Will's Blue Vest for Mickey's hat; red fur to match Mickey's red robe; Will's yellow hooves match Mickey's everyday yellow shoes.

Are their any other Disney reptiles or amphibians on that list?

My favorites are the Goofy "How To-" shorts. Especially the ones talked about in Nostalgia Critic editorial on Goofy being a badass!

I love Disney! My favourite 'age' has got to be the Golden age (Snow White, Pinocchio, Dumbo and Bambi). I'm really interested in the history of animation so they have a lot of appeal to be in that context and I think they're all relatively timeless. Next is the Renaissance (The Little Mermain and The Lion King) and Revival periods (Frozen and Zootopia), which I like equally.

On a side-note, I really hope they make a live-action adaption of Bambi like they did for The Jungle Book. That film was great and Bambi is probably my favourite Disney movie.

I consider Kermit the Frog's "Rainbow Connection" to be the Disney equivalent to Pinkie Pie's "Smile Song".*

*I know this wasn't originally a Disney song but, they own The Muppets now so, I'm counting it as a Disney song.

Is it just me, or do you also think that the movies between 1937 and 1967 are very overlooked these days? I mean, surely a few of them show there age, but are the modern ones really better then the ones of the past? I think they are atleast good as well. For example, Tangled is incredibly funny and has some nice songs and a great villain, but Sleeping Beauty is much more magical, feels a bit more medevilish and has an amazing climax.

1. Yes, I think Disney movies from that 30 year period are overlooked & I don't know why.

2. I can only think of four movies from the modern era that I've actually wanted to see:

Tangled, (I mainly like it for Rapunzel.)

Winnie the Pooh (2010), (One of my favorites, even though I didn't list it.)

Zootopia (Top 5 favorite.)

& Frozen (It's not bad but, aside from the songs their's not much to it, IMO)

Apart from those four movies nothing else has really interested me when it comes to modern Disney movies.
