Following @Scootaloo Feri's topic, i just wanted to know who else is in a same gender relationship or who wants to be

I always heard that this community is very diverse in terms of interests in all context, so how about romantically? :orly: (i'm not single)

I'm not in a same gender relationship yet but I think I'd like to be. ^_^ As in if I was going to be in a relationship, it'd be a same gender one.

(edited)

I once was in one but it was weird (I´m not gay btw).

Some day some skype friend told me he is a girl and I decided to pretend I didn´t know he is a guy and he asked me if I could be his boyfriend. I said yes and then he asked for pictures of my face, so I sent the avatar I have right now, he obviously didn´t believe me and I said it was over because he couldn´t trust me.

Does that count?

I don't know!

On the one hand, I wish I was in a same-sex relationship, but on the other hand, I believe I'm too socially awkward to have a long-lasting relationship with anyone.:(

If anyone can give me advice, that'd be nice.

I have been before, but I'm not currently in one or any sort of relationship. Of course, I'd love to be in another one, I wouldn't have it any other way, I have no interest in the opposite gender.

Nope. It's kinda tough being in a homosexual relationship where I live. Most of the people here are pretty close minded, plus I'm not gay either so:D

I have not been in a same sex relationship, but that doesn't mean I'm not curious. I'd be willing to try it, though I have a hard time with relationships as is regardless of gender. Romantic relationships tend to ruin friendships in more than one way... I'll just leave it as that.

Nope, I don't find men to be all that attractive, plus I can't imagine sexual intercourse is very fun either, at least for one of the members involved. At the very most a dude can be a friend and that's it, just someone to talk with and hang out with, nothing more. Plus, you can get some serious health conditions from doing it with the same sex, at least for men, such as aids, that's a killer disease. I'm old fashioned and simple in that I would like to get married to a female who enjoys my company as much as I enjoy hers, having off-spring is also very important to me.

Yup, I currently have a wonderful partner who is the cutest and loveliest guy I've ever met, and he's really made me a much happier person.

There's no such thing is too socially awkward bud! I can cause a lot of awkward situations, but my bf doesn't mind, despite being an anxious little cupcake.

I can now agree with you. Because I found someone! He's very smart despite his upbringing. He and I really relate!

I won't say who, though!

I am. Makes life easier. If either of us forgets our anniversary we dont get mad and if we have to last minute shop at a gas station a gun magazine, a case of beer, and a bag of jerky are actually gifts we'd like so we cant even tell it was last minute. Plus I can get him a gift like a new knife or video game that I want to use as well and its not a problem. Basically much simpler relationship over all.

May the Friendship be with you.

Well that's not super stereotypical or anything.

Obviously, I'm not even remotely criticizing you for having a same sex relationship, but I do think it's silly that you think that these are traits you will only find in a boyfriend. Sure, you wouldn't find these traits in me (guns, beer, and knifes [except for reed knifes lol] will surely make me run away), but I know that doesn't apply to all women. Plenty of women are into guns, beer, and knifes! Again, I'm not telling you who to date... No doubt that's not your reasoning for having your boyfriend, but this post makes your reasoning look really silly and there's no need for that!

How I describe my relationship and reasoning is my prerogative and how you take it is your issue. If you want to assume that it was generalizing gay relationships vs describing my own current one and why I enjoy it that is on you. But we both know what assuming does. Further what I described was FAR from stereotypical of a gay relationship. So once more how you wish to read into my post is on you.

Huh? I'm referring to gender stereotypes. I thought your post was essentially saying "This is why I prefer to be with men over women". Do correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm still not understanding what context it could be otherwise.

However your relationship is and why you enjoy it is fine, it just seemed like you were speaking generally why you prefer to be with a man over a woman.

Just say you're a lesbianm unless you're a man. Call me sexy boy(if you're a dude).

I'm actually married to @Hierok. Being in a gay relationship is hard. If you catch my meaning.
