    • Mostly, though they are leaving out some part.

    • Only a bit, there are major parts of the fandom they are leaving out.

    • Not at all, the creators weren't even trying to do that.

It's alot worse.  It describes fandoms in a nutshell.  Just like the famous "Please Please Pleese Get a Life Foundation."  To anyone who is a fan of Animaniacs, here's the little skit from the past.

P.S. As a fan of My Little Pony, sometimes I am afraid of being a fan of anything.

Sweet Celestia...

I imagine if mlp creators and crew make a episode of when shipping and fanfics happen from the fandom

I think its more or less poking fun at the self proclaimed "reviewers" who are overly negative even over the smallest details. People complain about it being negative, while the reviewers are writing overly critical one negative review after another, and I belive because of this Hasbro sees us like how they made ponyville citizens, more or less entitled brats. (No offense). You reap what you sow, this episode I mainly believe is trying to deliver the message "What do you want from us?". Even the song admits were not flawless, meaning that nothing is perfect, and nothing should be expected to be so.

God please no, Hasbro, please don't make a fandom episode like that, there is so much more MLP cancer then I would assume the Gumball series has.

I was thinking that ponyville was more like the reviewers of the fandom then anything else...but are Applejack and Pinkie Pie related? :3

I wasn't offended. I thought it was a humorus episode. I don't think it was as much directed to fandom as to the critics, both in and out of it.

It may have been a bit of cathartic release for the writers sick of hearing all the same criticisms. But it also reaffirmed the difference this show has made. Regardless of the critique and the inconsistencies, this show has still helped many people and made a positive difference in the world.

That supercedes any  gripes the detractors may have.

Well, it was cathartic to me, so I imagine the writers had a blast with it :D

Partially that was the case. I feel offended by that episode is how they attacked the same people who complained about the character development.

Oh you didn't like that Fluttershy has to relearn the same lesson over and over, well to bad.

Pinkie Pie reduced from the serious character that everyone likes, to the character that everyone is laughing at.

Remember how people critisized Rarity for being a horrible person, well boo her.

The salt about Twilight being an Alicorn Princess is so minor right now, that this episode aged by the few years the moment it was released from the shelves.
