Make every single sock on the planet unique, so that it's entirely impossible to have a matching pair, replace every single commercial break for the day with "Never gonna give you up" for maximum effect Rickrolling, give fish legs and feet, with high-heels of course, so they can roam the land for a day. Also, make it rain food from the sky that dissolves after a few hours in countries where starvation is a problem. Then create a magical portal to Equestria in my house and move there so I can stay even after I change back.

 Basically, try to strike a perfect balance between causing random non-sensical chaos like the real Discord, solving other people's issues like fixing world hunger, and fulfilling my own fantasies of moving to Equestria.

It's not just getting his powers and playing god. You have a responsibility to use it for chaotic purposes.

I'll make umbrellas pop out of mail boxes, frogs spew swarms of flies, roll tumbleweeds made of yarn, candles burn like a butane torch but also only grow taller, 1 out of every 13 foals bodies will turn clear so you can see an outline and eyes on a skeleton, cats will float and take naps on the ceiling, shakes will vibrate and sound like a blender whenever to try try to drink from them, mattresses will immediately eject you, when you sneeze noodles will fly out your nose, ect.

2. Take money from the rich and give it to the poor.
3. Take control of Fox, MSNBC, and CNN and force them to play "I Am Very Happy Because I'm Coming Home" by Eduard Khil (aka "Trololo") during their newscasts, covering up everything that they are saying.
4. Make the Rickroll play inside the US Capitol. for the entire day.

i'd try to make a ridiculously complicated scenario to try and teach some simple, but hard to swallow truths to everypony, making sure that i have fun in the process, and of course it would rain chocolate milk for the entirety of that day

I'd remove toilet paper and sliced bread of existance. Afterwards, use the clouds to announce to the entire world they are never coming back. Then just sit down, relax and enjoy the chaos.
