Even if I really like bacon, I have to say that as long as it isn't f***ing slow-cooked or whatever kind of $#!+, beef is the ultimate victor in the battle for best meats. Chicken is a probable second. I wouldn't put Pork nearly in second because aside from bacon I'm much more fond of beef.
