music What old band(s) would you like to be returned?

Let's talk about our favorite old band music. Me personally i would like and i know maybe it is strictly from Romania , I would like Cargo to be returned, i mean i don't know if they still makes new rock romanian music but i didn't heard any of new songs from Cargo, my favorite rock band from Romania. Also the old songs from this band is sooo awesome and i really wish to make some new songs! 

So, what old band or bands would you like to be back?  (It can be anywhere from the world as well )

In an ideal world for me, John Lennon would've never been shot and The Beatles would've gotten back together, possibly for Live Aid. Can you imagine that? Queen absolutely blowing everypony away and The Beatles reuniting in one day? The world would've gone insane!

That would be awesome but honestly they're a legend because they're gone. If the Beatles and Queen were still around people would be constantly complaining how their new music didn't live up to their old music and they were just a bunch of old guys who should retire.

Oasis is one of my favorite bands. I really hope Noel and Liam Gallagher can finally reconcile. And yeah, @Pastel Heart, I agree... I think it's mostly Noel's fault that the band hasn't reunited.

I want to see The Verve come back, too, but the band members are focused on other projects and seem to have no interest in ever reforming. It's a shame. Richard Ashcroft has done some nice solo work, though... I want to see him live at least once if The Verve never returns.

Most of the other defunct bands I really like (including Rush and Soundgarden) have had some pretty essential band members pass away so they'll likely never come back. :/ Maybe it's for the best... Nirvana is a great example of a band that has occasionally reunited for one-off events but just isn't the same with guest singers in lieu of Kurt Cobain.

An old swedish death (or black??? not sure) band, Morbid. Their demo album 'December Moon' is awesome as hell. But the lead singer, Dead (or Pelle/Per) left bcs he felt like the band wasn't going anywhere so he joined Mayhem (bad decision). If Dead was still alive, I'd love to see his return to Morbid
