general How often do you check your email?

I tend to check my email all the time except for my secondary email, which I primarily use to send stuff to myself.

I have on my smartphone a mail application which checks all of 10 important mail accounts all 10 minutes automatically.

Similar on my computer, but I tend to use thunderbird only for mail from my job

My email is full of spam, scamletters and they never stop even when I haven't logged in for weeks (meaning they are really wasting their time). Even a computer AI from 2009 would figure out it is a waste of time.
