As he began making his way up to the main stage, Dynamo's legs felt shaky with every step he took. Almost like his legs would buckle from underneath him and lose his balance in the process. He would admit to himself that he was feeling nervous and he wasn't the best when it comes to public speaking. As he walked towards center stage, he felt that all eyes were upon him. 'I should have prepared some flash cards for this.' he thought to himself as he found himself staring out to both the racers and the crowded audience. He had a lump in his throat as the words weren't coming to him. He tried desperately  to find something to say, but no words were coming to mind. His ears fell slightly as he contemplated on walking away. It wasn't until his eyes fell upon the faces of his friends that he had a sudden realization. 'My friends told me that everything would be fine and that I've got this. I need to have more confidence in myself.' He thought, smiling softly as he took a deep breath. All the while, levitating the microphone from the stand towards him.

"Hello, everyone and thank you all so much for coming! It looks like we've got ourselves many racers participating in this year's Running of the Leaves! Each of you have been given a number and is all set to begin the race!" He began, using his magic to click on a projector that had a giant map for both the racers and the audience to view.

Once you being past the starting line, you will be running through White Tail Wood. Running along the paths as you help make the leaves fall. However, things will be a little different this year. I thought that it would be fun to change things up just a little bit. This year, we have a few obstacles that will test you on your speed, agility, tenacity and much, much more! There will be three obstacles in total and each obstacle will be indicated by an arrow and some writing upon it. Each of those arrows will send you all to a certain location in Ponyville to take on said obstacle. All before sending you back onto the path towards White Tail Woods! Once you complete all three obstacles throughout the race, you can continue on the path that will lead you back here and the finish line!" Dynanmo announced, looking back towards the racers. "Each of you has been given a number and said list of numbers have been handed to our vocal casters. Above you will be Starlight Glimmer and Trixie Lulamoon, who will both provide the commentary of the race as our racer's go!" Dynamo continued, pointing towards Starlight and Trixie. The both of whom had raised a hoof to let the racers and audience know of their presence. Just as the two were making their way into the hot air balloon, Dynamo turned his attention back towards the racers.

"Yeah, uh, what's the max running speed for this? Because I was gonna cruise at a respectful 45 mph? I just didn't know if there was a speed limit since I don't want to smoke the competition and accidentally destroy any forests."

As he looked towards Slipstream, who had asked a question, Dynamo smiled with a nod. "That's a good question and I would say that there is no speed limit. You can run as fast as you possibly can if you want to run. Just make sure to pace yourself if you are starting to feel tired from running." Dynamo responded, before a sudden thought came to mind.

"This actually brings me to another thing about the race I didn't get a chance to explain. Along with each obstacle, there are some limitations for the runners. You are only able to run and can't use anything else that will help you in the race. Which means that you can't use your wings to fly, you cannot use magic to affect your running. Only if there's an emergency that magic would be useful, then I can allow that. Not only that, but your special talents will also be unable to be used if they can help you with your running speed."

She even seemed to be joyful.* "I'm ready! I wish good luck to all those who participate to the race! Let this event be fair!" *Shiny Silvermoon looked at her left and at her left, after wishing good luck to everypony. On each side, she saw her friends.*

"I think that would be awesome as it's been a while since I've seen Ash's or Satoshi's adventures." Dynamo smiled softly as a nostalgic feeling take hold of his heart. As the two discussed, the gaming unicorn turned towards Saturn and smiled as she joined in on the conversation. "I do recall there being manga of Red and all of the video game counterparts, but I actually never had the opportunity to read them. Please don't apologize and it's okay, Saturn. "Same here! I've recently gotten into competitive battling back during the Sword and Shield era, but I've honestly enjoyed the games and show when I was able to play and watch." Dynamo grinned as he began to chat with Saturn in the topic of Pokemon. "Umbreon and Glaceon are really cool picks. I think Venomoth and Zangoose are underrated as I don't normally hear others pick them. I can imagine they have a very special place in your heart. For me, my favorite Pokemon overall is Alolan Ninetales. Both her and Alolan Vulpix are honestly adorable and very majestic. That, and my favorite typing is Fairy. A Pokemon that's becoming another favorite recently is Terapagos, the turtle Pokemon that's in the new Scarlet and Violet games. Speaking of Eeveelutions, my favorite of the group is easily Espeon. I never got a chance to play the Let's Go games, but I heard they were pretty fun."

Upon hearing of her writing, Dynamo smiled with a nod in understanding. "I think I've heard of that genre of writing, but I've never read much or at all. Red is honestly a pretty cool character. I think I've heard of a retelling of him that he gets Mega Charizard in his adventure. I think it was called Pokemon Origins, or something along those lines." Dynamo explained with a tilt of his head as he tried to recall of that story.

It's why it's so much fun building a team of diverse types. Whether it's a singular type or a dual type that adds to the resistances and weaknesses, but it's always fun what kind of team you are looking to create on your journey." He explained, before giving Shiny an apologetic expression. "I'm really sorry about that, Shiny. I tend to nerd out when the discussion of Pokemon is brought up. Mostly because I try to go to some tournaments that has competitive Pokemon battling." He would say with a sheepish grin.

"I still remember that battle vividly. I even remember when they performed the song for Blue. The power of the violin and how the visuals showcased how far Blue had gone into becoming the strongest sent chills down my spine. It almost felt like battling him in the games all over again. I can never forget how that battle went. I thought it was over for Red, but the way he defeated him with that critical hit Fire Blast. I remember jumping out of my seat the moment that happened." Dynamo chuckled as he recalled upon the memory, before turning his attention towards Shiny. "To be honest, I have a sort of habit of apologizing a lot. A bad habit I'm trying to work on, so that's my bad. Unless saying that is sort of close to saying 'I'm sorry.' It's always fun to learn something new and now that you say that, I wonder if Pokemon types and science are linked together. I think there are scientist trainers in the video games, but I forget if that's a trainer class."
