The soda pit with mentos stalactites was a brilliant idea, especially how they used it closer to the end. I expected a clever movie but they really impressed me with how much wit went into it.

Going by the trailers, Hero's Duty reminded me a lot of Starcraft and I connected Calhoun with Nova. I was way off on that second one though. They're nothing alike.

To me, Hero's Duty looks a little more like Halo with part of CoD's name in it :P.

Also, I need to see this movie again. I already forgot what Vanellope actually truly looks like in the movie. I know she's smaller than the version in mah avatar, so I'll use that as an excuse to see it again :P.

This movie was very well made and was much better than I thought it would be. I found it quite odd how in the background peach was talking to chun Li. The second half had all candy related jokes. Hello miss Silverman you annoyed the hell outta me!

I went to see the movie with a few friends (bronies) of mine after we finished watching the season 3 premiere of MLP:FiM. Anywho we were the only one's laughing cause we understood all the references in the movie. I freaking lost it when they made an Metal Gear Solid reference. Seriously as soon as I saw it I just lost it and I had people giving me weird looks but I didn't care. Overall it was a great movie!

I felt like I was the only one in the two times I went to see that movie who got that Metal Gear Solid reference :P. Hell, I don't even play the damn games and yet I still got it ;).

I loved it. The story was very creative I thought and the characters had unique personalites. I became teary eyed at about 2 parts (Manly tears :P) when the story became more emotional. I think that it moved away from the bugs infesting the world a bit too much, but it worked out in the end. The multiple characters from the different games was a really interesting factor.

I thought that the rules that they made and the terms they made such as going "Turbo" was a wonderful way of getting the viewer to feel more a part with what was going on.

The characters. Oh, the characters. Loved them all, there weren't any that I thought weren't unique. I liked Ralph's story for being a clumsy big guy who was misunderstood and just wanted to be apart of something better. Venellope's story was similiar to Ralph's, but she had it much worse than him I thought. She had an outgoing, spunky feeling in her though, where Ralph was a determined, stong and short minded personality.

I may sound a bit odd with this, but I'm glad they didn't have the original game characters have a major part in the games. (Sonic, Mario, Pac-man, etc.) I didn't want to see characters I already knew.

The setting was great aswell, they had so many landscapes and they looked beautiful.

Oh yeah, loved John C. Reily and Sarah Silverman as voice acting.

I just got back from seeing this and... yeah, it's pretty amazing. I'd have to say the Konami Code was my favorite reference, but small things like that aren't even half the reason this movie is good.

**WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD**

First of all, the setting. From the Mentos volcano to Felix's penthouse to the Mountain of Duty, everything was extremely creative and detailed, and the way the mechanics of their world worked was just stunning to see.

Going into the movie, I thought I would absolutely detest Vanellope. I did, at first, but the growth of her and Ralph's relationship was positively heartwarming. She was still slightly annoying at the end, but it was very easy to feel for her when her kart was being wrecked, or when she was being picked on by other racers.

Let's just say I'd be all for a sequel. In fact, I think I have the perfect idea: Murder-It Markowski, about what happened to the guy after he woke up naked in a closet.

That's really all there is to say on the matter.

Yes that is genius!

I've seen the movie though... sonic has one speaking part which sounds nothing like him. I felt as if the movie could have had more though...

It sounded nothing like him? They actually got his current voice actor, Roger Craig Smith, to voice him for that part. Have you played any Sonic games the came out between Sonic Colors and now? That's Roger Craig Smith voicing him.

I saw it yesterday. And honestly, I thought it was pretty good.

I thought it was sad when Candy convinced Ralph that Vanellape really was a glitch, and then he wrecked her car.

I totally was not expecting King Candy to be Turbo.

If you haven't seen it yet, I recommend seeing it. It has tons of video game references and is somewhat nostalgic.

Gal'darnit, now I want to watch this movie for a 3rd time http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png. Ever since this movie, I look at glitches wierdly since I think of Vanellope (This includes lag since she can teleport just like what lag does to people online :P), and I also view arcades strangely since I envision all the arcade characters as actual living things instead of a digitally created piece of work :o.

Aaaaand since we're on the subject of W-IR, I found this little clips from the movie. I pretty much had to see Vanellope somehow without paying a couple of bucks .

I can’t believe I JUSt came across this topic. This movies was amazing. Vanellope von Schweetz is about the cutest think I’ve ever seen, she gives MLP a run for its money. Plus they plot was great, I loved all the characters, and seeing all those characters from classic games like Sonic, and Bowser, and Zangief it was just awesome.

Wreck-It Ralph was definitely the best movie I ever saw in my short life! The second it comes on DVD, I'm buying it! Well, if I have enough cash on me at the time...

My thoughts exactly, as soon as this thing hits the stores I’m going to buy, it was far and away the best movie I’ve seen in a while.

Another Vanny lover :D.

I just found out something very odd. In Japan, Wreck-It Ralph is going to be called Sugar Rush. Don't know why, but I would like to see more Vanellope.

Here is a trailer.

Makes sense, since most of Wreck-It Ralph takes place in Sugar Rush. Kinda was expecting more games when I first saw it, but I still like it a lot regardless.
