Yeah that's pretty much what I do sometimes x3 Me and friend 1 talk about MLP all the time, and we had friend 2 with us. And somehow we got him to watch it too. I'm relieved that he isn't like all of those haters.

Meh. I guess I am closet brony, since I don't really exclaim to others about the magic that is MLP. That doesn't mean I love the show any less than someone else, or that I am ashamed of it. I tend to let people enjoy their own interests and explore things on their own, sometimes suggesting things if I know think they'd appreciate it. But I do not mindlessly try to get people hooked on the show. That's annoying as hell.

 

To each, his own. But I do admire closet bronies who keep their love hidden in their back pocket as opposed to the suffocating kind of brony who will try to assimilate you into the fandom.

I suppose if the idea was which one would I rather interact with, I'd much rather a person be open and honest instead of quiet and hiding, no matter what the subject.

 

But they would also have to be open minded as well. I wouldn't take too kind to, say, "You don't like X pony? You're not a real brony, go buck yourself." or whatever. Be vocal if you must, but be considerate as well.
