An episode where TV is introduced into Equestria?

The idea has been busing around in my head for the last half hour or so. How about an episode, possibly in season 3 where the brand new invention, the TELEVISION is introduced to Ponyville and all around Equestria!

 

Now come on, there has to be some good ideas for an episode that can come from this premise. Say like, the TELEVISION is invented by none other than the returning Flim Flam brothers; the modern day problems that occur from over-indulgence in the TELEVISION become increasingly apparant throughout the episode; even the Princesses end up with their eyes glued to the TELEVISION, etc.

 

Do you think this would make for a good episode?

They have film reels ("Hurricane Fluttershy"). It wouldn't be too much of a leap to expect some form of television fed from a tape.

 

Transmitting radio signals may be another issue, however.
