Yes. In all honesty, I think that lyrics are one of the least important aspects to music. Though if something's especially vapid and stupid (and not to the point of being funny, but to the point of just being really stupid) it may be off-putting. But any musical elements tend to be the most important parts. So I don't mind if I can't understand the lyrics as long as the song and singer are good.

Having studied Japanese and now living in Japan, I listen to a lot of Japanese music.

I'm also particularly interested in language as a whole, so I like listening to songs in other languages.

One good thing about listening to songs in other languages is that they're not bound to the same conventions music is in your own country, so you get to hear some really unique stuff when compared to music that comes out where you're from, sometimes.

Also, Park Hyo Shin is my favorite singer. He's just damn good.

I don't, because I like to listen to music I can sing along to, but there are a few Japanese songs, the opening or closing themes to animes I've watched that I like a lot and would like to learn the words to some day.  It'll probably never happen, though.  Good god, that language is just so complex.  :P
