...that's it. For Zelda Twilight Princess I borrowed it from a friend on the Gamecube you know the console it was actually made for! I played a bit of the Wii version too, but it felt stupid an pointless and is a mirrored version of the Gamecube (path goes right on Gamecube, goes left on Wii lolwut?) As for Skyward Sword I'll get to it eventually, but I'm not buying Wii Motion Plus for just that one game! From what I've heard from it it seems very disappointing.

 

Strangely enough my mom bought me the Wii attachment for Mario Kart Wii... although I only borrowed that one too.

 

Oh the Wii... it had so much potential being the successor to my favorite modern console (Gamecube)

Wii U seems although gimmicky, might be on the right track focusing on gameplay. I look forward to seeing how this fares out!

And that pales in comparison to my Gamecube collection which I will gladly list for those who wanna see.

 

I should also note that since Xenoblade Chronicles is coming to the US in February that I'll be getting that as well being the huge RPG lover that I am who also loved Xenosaga.

I'm actually one of the types who don't really consider PC different to consoles. I just consider it a different platform than PS3 and 360 and Wii.

 

Even if, technically, there is a difference I don't view it as such personally.

The Wii games I currently own are Wii Sports, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, The Conduit, Muramasa: the Demon Blade, Guitar Hero 5, No More Heroes, Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, Guitar Hero 3, No More Heroes 2 Desperate Struggle, Pokemon Battle Revolution, Animal Crossing City Folk, Monster Hunter Tri, Need For Speed Nitro, Rock Band 2, and Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon. I rent a lot as well, and have played at least 100 Wii games. Yup, I'm a Wii gamer, deal with it.

I've just bought Skyward Sword yesterday and I've been playing it a LOT! It's making me play my wii again... I hadn't touched it in months!

 

This is easily the best wii game I have played. Hell, this is easily among the best Zelda games I have played! I highly recommend it to anyone. It's a great game and it will make you love your Wii again.

 

As for the rest of my Wii collection, it's not so impressive.

Its my favourite game series ever, my problem with the newest one is that its on the wii, but its still good enough that I'm going to keep it.

I have so many I lost track! However games are significantly cheaper where I live. I live in Shanghai; here, like pretty much ALL of the games are copied/fake versions. Same with movies. However I do have a few prized possessions (real games), such as Wii Sports, Mario Kart Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and some others.

 

I do agree that the Wii is slowly dissappearing, however, nintendo is still quite popular. I recently went to Japan, and every other kid there had a Nintendo 3DS they were carrying around with them.

 

By the way, is Wii U ever going to be released? I heard of it a few months back.

It takes time to develop and fix all the bugs and Nintendo has a tendency to fix most bugs before a new console releases anyway but I believe 2012 is their target release time. Then again, it might be 2013 too cuz there's a rumor going about that Sony and Microsoft are gonna announce their new consoles this year at E3.
