What is your favorite 80's rock band mine is Journey. I like Journey because they have made well know songs such as Don't Stop Believin' and Anyway You Want It. Well they formed in 1981 so I'll have to say Metallica. Master of Puppets is my favorite album from the 80s, released in 1986. Gotta love Damage Inc.

Queen is without a doubt my favorite. Freddie Mercury had a voice like no other. ELO comes in second, though they had a volatile history with members coming and going, and disbanded before the decade was out.

Queen is amazing bohemian rhapsody is my ringtone and there is a pmv called Ponhiemian Rhapsody it is on of the best pmv's i have ever seen i highly recommend it and i saw Van Halen in April in Nashville although i prefer sammy Hagar i still jam to jump all the time !

I am going to be honest... I absolutely hate todays music, im sorry but late 70s and 80s are my zone. i just think that todays musics is terrible and it is really one line repeated over and over while being auto tuned or something. just saying ( my opinion)

EHRMAGEHRD, how could I have forgotten Joan Jett and George Thorogood?! Seriously, some of my earliest childhood memories are riding in the car with my dad with The Blackhearts and The Destroyers playing on the radio, or from a cassette that he pulled from a massive case that resembled a piece of luggage he kept in the back seat.

 

Aight, I just scrawled out a top 5 list.

• ELO

• Joan Jett (solo and otherwise)

• George Thorogood (solo and otherwise)

• Deep Purple (they got their start in the 60s, disbanded, and reformed in the 80s, so they still qualify)

I freaking love this song! I have seen a few PMVs made with this song and they are absolutely brilliant. Queen is one of my all time favorite bands!
