This is about those minor or background ponies who, in your opinion, don't have nearly enough fans. They may not ever get the kind of attention those other ponies do, but this is where you can show your appreciation for those lesser-known Equestrians.

I LOVE the Mayor! She's my favourite pony of the background ones. I know why she doesn't get enough love though. Her colour scheme's probably too mundane. But I love her voice, and her mane. (Yes, I know my avvie looks like her. That was not entirely a coincidence.)

 

Fancy Pants as well. I like Fancy Pants. He's so dapper.

 

And Hoity Toity.

 

Also, don't really think Trixie counts. She's actually fairly popular. This is about ponies who don't really get any attention either way.
