I'd really appreciate heart stones. I play nearly everyday and send them regularly

Its buggy suddenly for social hearts. When I accept one it shuts the game down. I have 212 hearts waiting. What the hoof?! Anyone else have the same issue? Gameloft said to check I had no PSP running and shut down and restart but its not working

 

I have that same issue. It started right after the app updated for the Hearts and Hooves Day thing. I think they broke something when they updated it. I have over 150 hearts waiting and I'm super pissed that I can't get to them.

So far I've spent only $11.00 on this game to get both Rarity and Rainbow Dash. I accidently brought Fancypants but it turned out I needed him. I have all the mane 6 and almost all of the harmony stones activated, except magic. There's only one problem...I got a buttload of parasprites...and they're all magic. It's stupid, it's bullcrap. The game is completely rigged to force you to spend money. I'm gonna make a petition to force gameloft to lower their prices or I'm gonna have to hack the game.

I would so sign that petition. Some people said that they feel like the game is a fleecing if MLP fans, which I think is true. I've been tempted to buy gems, but I'm not going to spend money on a stupid little app that I'm going to completely forget about in a couple years, if not months. I think the mane six should AT LEAST be buyable with bits or hearts, not gems.

Um is anyone else missing bits? Earlier today I had over 20,000 and now i only have 9,000. I haven't bought a single thing, and haven't even been on at all except to collect bits from my shops.

This hasn't happened to me, but I've heard other people's gems have sometimes glitched and they lost a bunch of them. I just think the game is really buggy and Gameloft really needs to fix it.

I am stuck on the scootaloo quest!  UserID - pony31!

 

I play every day and gift/treasure chest daily, too.. but...I only have 2 friends, arrgh!  

 

with the new upgrade, my game is glitching so that when I leave the chest, it doesn't stay in their game.  I check back to make sure they have their treasure, but the chests have disappeared...  I'm looking into a solution to this,  anyone else have this problem?

 

anyway, I promise to at least gift daily and once I figure out what this glitch is, I give daily treasure chests, too!

Wow, it seems like it takes everyone a pretty long time to level up..I reached level 60 two weeks ago and I've only been playing this game for 4-6 weeks. Yikes.

Right now I'm in contact with Gameloft about the parasprite problem. My land, like many of yours, is swarmed with Magic Parasprites and I'm receiving no Magic Shards to kill them..and more keep popping up. I've contacted Gameloft about the problem, and they got back to me within 12 hours to let me know that they're aware of the Parasprite issue and they intend to do something about it with the next update. They asked me to send them screenshots of how many Magic Shards I have and what level I'm on. I also included screenshots of how many Parasprites I have. Since it's Sunday, they haven't gotten back to me yet since I replied, but I'm confident they're going to do something about it.

 

If ALL of you who are having the same Parasprite issue would contact them and let them know, we might be able to get something done about it even quicker.

Go into your MLP app, scroll all the way down on the selection menu to 'Settings' at the bottom, click on it, and select Customer Support.

This is going to pop up a webpage to Gameloft Customer Care. Scroll all the way to the bottom of that, and select 'My problem is not listed as a known issue.'

Now that's going to pop up a complaint ticket you can fill out.

Type in your Gameloft username where it says 'Your name' and the email address you signed up for that Gameloft account under.

In the select an issue field, choose 'Technical Issues'

You don't have to fill out all of the 'customer number' 'Game version', etc. fields. Only the required fields are necessary.

Now, in description, explain to them how you have an overwhelming number of magic parasprites and you're not receiving enough magic shards to pop a significant amount of these parapsrites, and more of them keep popping up.

They'll get back to you pretty quickly, and likely ask you for more information, such as a screenshot of the number of shards and the parasprites in your land. (They didn't ask me for shots of the parasprites, but I included them just to show how unfair it is.)

 

For an example, here is the complaint I filed to them

'In the new update it said that parasprite swarms that a player was not able to deal with would not pop up until they were equipped to pop them. That's all fine and dandy, but it doesn't help me with the previous swarms that been popping up that I've not been receiving elements to pop since day one when I downloaded this app. I have FAR too many magic parasprite swarms than I can reasonably get rid of. They've been popping up since the first day I downloaded this app and have continued to pop up in large numbers since then. I've only very recently started receiving a couple magic shards here and there on occasion, but never enough to pop a significant amount of the existing parasprites, let alone the new ones that pop up daily. I should be receiving enough shards to destroy all of the magic parasprites that are swarming on my land. I've paid good money to this app and the hand I'm being dealt is completely unfair.'

Has anyone lately been having problems opening the application? I have no idea why, but I can't open it because it keeps crashing once the ponies change to the special Valentine's Day picture. The loading bar is almost done then the game crashes

iv been told high ranking shops stocked with high ranking pony's will do it so i put 2 5 star and 1 4 1/2 star pony's in my ice cream shop, which is the highest profit shop i have at the moment. pretty sure im on the right track but some reinsurance of that might be nice xD

I just submitted my complaint. I have 4 swarms of magic parasprites now plus a couple of stray ones leftover from previous swarms. However, on the bright side, I have been able to get both Scootaloo and Zecora in under 48 hours thanks to everypony on this thread helping me out! Again, if anyone else wants to add me, I gift and leave chests and my username is Raynebowcrash.

 

Just caught the last episode on YouTube...first time I have EVER cried about MLP!! That was crazy. But...I'm not sure how I feel about the alicorn thing.

You could do some of the "free gems" offer. If you click on the gem icon on the top of your screen, it will bring you to where you can purchase gems. On the left side there's a button that says "get free gems" or something along those lines. There are a few offers for 1 or 2 gems that are just download and run an app, but the better offers make you sign up for a free trial of something. I did the free trial of Hulu Plus and got 34 gems. Just remember to cancel your subscriptions to whatever you sign up for and nothing will be charged to your credit card. Free gems!

I've done the "get free gems" stuff but have never got a offer for stuff like hulu plus before, i wish have those cause if I did this wouldn't be an issue right now.

I have just hit a wall and cannot go around it, i need to get 25 more hearts to unlock Scootaloo and to continue progressing in the game. If any of you have any ideas how to help me that would be wonderful if you could tell me.

There's one rather old thread on this game, so I thought I'd start a new one. Here's a few things to discuss:

1. Hearts & Hooves Day update. Does it make everyone else crash as much as me? I'm on an iPad. Can't visit friends or leave treasure chests. Regularly crashes when I try to request or accept friends, it crashes. ARG!
2. Do you know the trick for parasprites? If you have a batch you don't have the right element for, make a fortress around it with whatever you've got. Trees, buildings, ornaments. Box 'em in until you get the right element. It doesn't get rid of them, but they don't spread.

That's two things. Talk to me, peoples! Let's keep each other up to date.
