Twilight X Callisto It's the perfect ship. They're both nerdy misfits, who love spending late nights reading. Can you imagine these two cuddled up by a fireplace, reading together? It's a slightly controversial ship, but the characters were basically written for each other. My favorite, though, has to be Jelly Donut. Donut Joe and Hugh Jelly would be the very best thing. I do think Flutterdash is really cute, as they are best friends anyway, both Pegasi and so incredibly different. Appledash is awesome for the exact opposite - they are quite similar in many aspects so they would make a great couple too. If I think about what would be more likey I have to say Appledash though. Fluttershy is her best friend, so it's rather unlikely they would develop a relationship. But being with your "spare time rival" who is quite a lot like you is just very likely.
