i completely understand where you stand on this topic, but there is something that you must understand... being gay is not a choice. Now we have very different points of view in this situation but i fee the same way and do not wish to start a fight. But i did take it as an insult when you said that gays destroyed the portrait of a rainbow. What the hell man? that was a bit much... im sorry but i was a little hurt with this... not that you did anything to purposfuly offend me... its just that im sensitive with this whole thing... i still respect you for sating what you thought in a civilized manner.

Simple, many people will state that it's okay, well, because those people are "Nice"

 

Now, i don't think nature, intended for a male being, to collaborate with another male being, although, i understand that most homosexual people will argue on that, so this statement wouldn't tell you much, would it?

 

Next, from my opinion, the more people that are "Gay", the more this "Sub-culture" will spread among others. I do not aprove of the rights, for a homosexual couple to get marry, or adobt kids, because again, that would spread homosexuality. And please, do not start talking about how many homosexual animals there are in the wild, (Also a widely used statement by gays). You are an intelligent being, and not a naked monkey in a jungle.

 

And third, i don't want to insult you or anyone, but to me, people that are homosexual, you can say, they have a psychotic illness. Why i state that, is the reason, that it was not intended for the human kind, to find a person of the same gender Sexualy appealing. (Doesn't mean i have anything wrong with people who have illnesses, so don't start bashing me on this topic)

 

Now, i'm not saying "You" don't have rights to defend yourself or anything. It's nice that you defended yourself.

 

Don't get me wrong, i don't bash, insult or attack people who are homosexual, or belong to another sub-culture. Merely because i belong to one that does get criticized alot.

 

To the people that think the word "Gay" isn't insulting... Ofcourse, it isn't insulting to actual gay's, but it is insulting to straight people. And replying to an insult like that with the sentence "Yes, i am happy" is a huge mistake. The bully mind doesn't work like that and saying that will make them think that you support their statement of you being gay.

 

Again, there are alot of great people, who were bi, such as Freddy Mercury, or Elton John, but i only enjoy their work, not their lives. Alot of illnesses come from homosexual acts, just take Merucry for example. He probably wouldn't have died of AIDS if he had not caught the HIV Virus from doing homosexual acts.

 

This is just my opinion, and i think, it's normal, that you won't find much acceptance in the world. Again, considering our fandom is really nice and tolerating, you won't find many people here bashing on you. (I'm not bashing, i'm just expressing as you wanted me to do). But i think many people still wouldn't be as "Tolerant or nice" in real life.

 

That's all i wanted to say, I will not reply again, merely because of the fact that i don't want to gain any enemies or start a fight on here that might lead me to trouble. I have expressed my opinion, and i do not want to see my notifications, with quotes of this post with any insults or bashing of me being a "Horrible" and an "Unrespectful" person.

Why i say they've destroyed the portrait, (Destroyed to me) is that i enjoy the look of a rainbow, sadly, you can never talk about it in public withouth someone saying - That's gay! I'm sorry if i insulted you on that.

 

Again, on not being a choice, It's somewhat true somewhat false, because most people who are homosexual originate from the consequences of society and their environment. For example, if there's a homosexual person in your life when you're growing up, you might just end up gay.

Well I'm lucky, I am friends with some not very judgemental people.

But, I was in Technology the other day and we had to research images for our new project which was a night light.

We had to pick an audience to aim the project at and search for images which would suit that audience. 

I started searching MLP.

And these girls, for the whole lesson were singing that my little pony, skinny and bony song.

And I didn't say anything to them, I didn't really want to get on their bad side.

Turns out not all of the people in my year are not as judgemental as others :/

Yeah I know that feel. I mostly get along with everyone about it though, because when everyone insults me or any other bronies, I normally have a Pinkie Pie moment and say something out of the ordinary that has them shaking their heads, or that makes them laugh. If that doesn't work, I usually just mess with them if they keep insulting me until they stop from being too irritated or confused. I mean there's still people out there that call me a faggot and a feminine weirdo at school for it, but I do my best to work my way around it, but it obviously doesn't always work.

 

It's hard to deal with but that's part of being a brony I guess, learning to overcome it all.

Okay I have to say sorry, but I have trouble figureing out this IM system. Haven't used These systems at all and this is actually my first time even even attempting to communicate with other via Internet.

I tend to ignore the comments, or at least educate them on how bronies do an upstanding amount of charity donations.  Sometimes that leaves them speechless when I bring up that personally I've donated several hundred dollars to charity. And I've even gotten some apoligies once I explain that to people.

 

The most favorable response was when I was walking home and a guy and apparantly his girlfriend or something were walking by, the guy insulted me and the girlfriend defended me, that felt good at least.
