What time do you usually go to bed?

More often than not, I sleep when it hits 4am. I'll sometimes stay up all night even.

Based on some recent data, it depends greatly on age. Circadian rhythm is pretty much hard wired, which is why working the graveyard shift can lead to mental stress even with an appropriate amount is sleep.

Teens have a slightly different Circadian Rhythm than adults, so they stay alert later and are more naturally tired in the morning.

As of recent my parents let me stay up as late as I want, but in most cases I have to be in my room/out of the way. Basically "go to bed" is "get in yer room so we can sleep". My computer isn't in my room which makes me go to sleep around 10 or 11 anyway. Unless I draw, which then I can sometimes stay as late (personal record drawing late here) as 2 am.

During the school year I'll got to bed anywhere from 9:00-10:00. During the holidays I'll go to bed between 10 and 12, it depends on how exhausted I am. Most of the time I'll be asleep by 10:30. -_-

I have been becoming more and more nocturnal, and then I try and adjust, so my bedtime varies.  Like tonight I'll probably turn in around or slightly before midnight, though I have stayed up as late as 5:00 AM

Bedtimes are great when you have to go to class early in the morning.

Otherwise, I just let my internal clock do all the bedtimes, unless caffeine is added into the mix.

I sure hope not.  Sometimes I go to bed at 7:00 pm.  XD

I stay up until MAYBE 11pm if i'm playing games online.  Very rarely I'll stay up until 1ish am if i'm watching shows.

I'm just a sleepy person.

My sleeping schedule is constantly changing every day thanks to double shifts. On days off I'm usually up until anywhere from 2-6 am and get up around noon. I hate night shift :(.

Something odd happened last night.

I went to bed at 10:40, and I woke up at 6:40.

I stayed up only 10 minutes past my bedtime, but I woke up almost an hour earlier (I wake up at 7:30).

Should I see a sleep specialist?

Practically any time, to be honest; that's how unorganised I can be :P Sometimes I'll go to bed at 8PM, other times I may go at 8AM... it's all down to when my body is exhausted/ mind is confused
