What time do you usually go to bed?

It fluctuates. Recently it's been between the range of 9-11 PM. On average, my bedtime falls back anywhere from one to four hours per week. Eventually I end up making a full circle—that's the night I pull an all-nighter.

Week 1: Sleep 9 PM - 6 AM

Week 2: Sleep 11 PM - 8 AM

Week 3: Sleep 1 AM - 10 AM

Week 4: Sleep 3 AM - noon

Week 5: Sleep 5 AM - 2 PM

Week 6: Sleep noon - 9 PM

Week 7: Sleep 5 PM - 3 AM

Week 8: repeat from week 1

I can do this because I'm a college student. I have no more than three hours of classes in any given day, so if it's not synchronized with my sleep schedule, it doesn't matter too much. I just suffer through it.

Mondays

(Sunday) Sleep 00:30 AM - Wake up (Monday) at 7:45 AM

--------------------------------------

From Tuesday to Friday

Sleep 00:30 AM - Wake up 7:30 AM

---------------------------------------

Friday night & Saturday night

Go to sleep very late, somethimes at 4:00 AM and somethimes 6 AM, rarely 8:00AM

-------------------------

Sleep hours may differ (reduce) because i can't fall asleep immediately, but takes time.

P.s.= That's the Anti-meridian way! :lol:

Well, on school nights, I go to bed at a relatively early time to be ready for the day. That time would be 10:30 PM.

When I don't have any plans or no school, I usually stay up till around 1 AM.

And then I sleep the whole day! :P
