Can you sing?

Do you have a singing voice? If so, what style?

 

I like to think I can sing. My best singing voice is very grunge-y (like the lead singer of Collective Soul's voice, I'll have to upload it sometime though it's just my opinon), but I'm trying to do a pop-like singing voice too.

Well, I can sing but my singing style is deep, I can't sing as high as WoodenToaster or any other brony singer. I have nothing else to say.

I can sing but only for certain styles of music. I can do blues of the Mississippi delta kind and folk... Oddly enough I also seem to be able to sing metal like dragonforce or hammerfall, but not in their exact style. More of a deeper tone.

Singing? Oh boy. I can't sing at all. I use to think I could, but I had to face hard reality that I couldn't. I've never been good in the whole artistic skills category. I can't draw, sing, or act. I tried all three and failed miserably.

If I'm listening to music and I like the song, I'll sing along.

As for being able to sing...ask Ballistic456, he's heard me sing before. Quite a bit actually. In my opinion, I'm not really sure. Sometimes I can hit notes pretty well, sometimes I can't. Depends on the song, really.

 

Singing is fun. Even if you can't sing..sing anyway.

I sing all the time! In the shower, in the car, to my boyfriend playing guitar, lots of times but I'm terribly out of tune & most people if they heard me would probably ask me to stop lol

I used to be really good at singing but then my voice kinda started to break.

When I sung I sung classical songs...Like Oliver twist.

I really want to get back into it I have always wanted to be able to sing the song Welcome Home by Radical Face.

I guess my voice is...okay. But I wouldn't count on it. I've done talent shows, singing contests, I don't think my voice is good enough for American Idol or those singing contests. lol So, I'm better off singing in the shower than in front of thousands if not millions of people.

I can sing really fast or really slow... but not when i'm on a runny nose... furthermore yeah... I can sing from rap to slow music styles...

 

I prefer fast rap accompanied by wubs hehe ^^

Uhh. I get caught by my mom often. I don't sing much. When I do its mostly MLP related. My mom thinks my voice is soft yet defined and slightly feminine ;/

When in comparison I think I sound somewhat like Rebecca Shoichets singing voice while singing. But with a "Manly tinge" or whatever. I'm really shy on the subject anyway but whatever xp...

I thought it was good. It sounds a little rushed or choppy (or something), but I feel like you have quite the potential.

Just like to say that your singing voice is absolutely amazing.

 

Anyways.. I'm not sure if i can or can't sing, i mean i'm ok, i'm admittedly probably a bit better then some average guy as i play trumpet and thus have some musical experience, and i also have done some practicing more recently to try to improve.

 

Regardless i've always enjoyed singing, its just whether i sound good. I'd sing either way, just less public, alone in my room or in the shower even now is where most my singing is ;p.

 

I guess i'm decentish like i said, i don't feel like my voice is resonant enough when singing though still. But i'm working on it, i'm not necessarily going pro(Use to want to when i was younger) but i still enjoy it as a hobby regardless!

People say I have a very punk rock singing voice like Billy Joel. I've been improving my singing to the point where I was cast as a lead singer for a major local show without even auditioning. Unfortunately I didn't perform though because of a cold. Basically yes, I can sing.
