This picture reminds me of myself whenever I get really depressed... the medications next to her bed just everything about this artwork speaks volumes to me.

 

One thing I adore about Pinkie is she is always putting others before herself wanting to be there for others but thing about that... A person can't keep giving of themselves without reviving that love and care in return. Her selfless loving personality has always been something I've always admired another reason I've always loved Pinkie.
