     Good afternoon which is in my case. Good morning, good evening, good night. Whatever your case might be, good to it...

     So Rarity, Rarity, Rarity. I've been thinking a bit lately about something. The whole "Spike X Rarity" thing. See, you know that whole "will they,won't they" scenario that people may have "probably" thought watching the show?... 

   

     It has been looking oddly enough like she's "friendzoned" him... Ya see, in the episode "Simple Ways"... Spike seems to give off an impression that he loves her, but has come to terms with the relationship... MLP FiM revolves primarily around "friendship" and never actually covers love or crushes. "A Canterlot Wedding" aside. When a crush IS brought up, it is brief and usually over before the credits roll. It may be the fact that the show isn't gonna even touch a relationship between two different animals or completely sparing them sans a kids' show.

   

   After doing some research to help illustrate my thoughts here I came across this... It could also be true that they don't really make anything of it more than a friendship because Spike is a young dragon. This is what I'm thinking... Well, not that there's no Spike X Rarity because Spike is simply too young or that he's a dragon in love with a pony. My thoughts on the relationship aside here's the center of my focus... Mainly Spike.

     

     I was thinking about the fact that poor Spike maybe doomed to remain in his small, young, immature, screw up form for the rest of his life. As it was revealed in "Secret of My Excess" shown a dragon's biology. A dragon grows by collecting things; which goes with the legends that dragons are beings of pure greed. Usually fiercely guarding a hoard of treasures from thieves. Well, if this is certain and Spike is better off as his childish form. Does that mean he can never truly grow up or mature? The Spike X Rarity relationship aside... Maybe we could see more development from Spike if he was allowed to mature, however, some means to keep him that way... Well what do you think?
