Joking aside though I think I would genuinely enjoy Applejack's company, sure she is a work horse but it has shown many examples of her letting go of that for a minute and having a good time.

Applejack and / or Pinkie Pie I just love earth ponies and I think I'd understand them better than pegasi or unicorns. Besides, they're both very friendly and open, so it would be no problem to find some interesting topics. Also, if there's one thing I simply adore in both of them, it's their warmth. They always think about what others would like and work hard to achieve their goals. I'd play with them, hug them and ask as many questions I can think of

 

OH! I almost forget XD I never ate a traditional American apple pie. AJ and Pinks are great bakers, so they'd probably make the best apple pie just for me >D

How come people automatically assume "sleepover" means something inappropriate?    Oh well...internet corruption, I guess. I would totally have a slumber party with Fluttershy. I'd feel right at home in her little cottage full of animals. All the fur and feathers everywhere wouldn't bother me in the least. Plus I think she'd be the easiest to be around and we could stay up talking about animals. Because animals.

I'd love to meet her and spend time with her, and we could do things like drink tea together or talk about art or fashion, and I could tell her about my friends and she could tell me about hers - I'd also feel pretty comfy in that boutique. She has a pretty high standard of living, and knowing Rarity, she would definitely extend that to her guests

I think I would want to sleep over with all three of them, and Rainbow Dash could read creepypastas and other scary stories to us. I could invite Applejack, Rarity, Spike, and Discord so that they wouldn't be left out. I think Twilight or Pinkie Pie would be the best choice.

We'd stay up all night: swapping stories, having tea parties, putting each others hair in different styles (my hair is quite long so this would be totes fun), pulling pranks on ponies, like terrorizing Flash Sentry in his dreams or messing with the moons orbit, make an epic pillow fort ( and we totally won't let Celestia in :comeatus: ), watch scary movies, and in the mornin' I'm making waffles!

First to come to mind and definitive answer: Applejack!

She'd definitely have a lot to teach me. She does live in a large household that is also a farm with only her and Big Mac doing most of the work due to their age. I'm sure that'll teach me a thing or two about teamwork, time management and upkeep. Also makes me wonder what she'd have to say about my own ideas for an extended household.

1. I adore her, she's so full of life, I can't imagine it'd be a boring sleepover.
2. I can bake so you know, we could bake and stuff, share our recipes with each other.

Reasons for Fluttershy:

1. We both love animals.
2. We could share the stories of what's happened while we've worked with animals.
3. She is just too damn cute not to sleep over.

Luna would be my pony of choice, despite her official adaptation to the times after her return and after being saved from Nightmare Moon, she could still be feared by those who were personally scarred by events she never directly committed.

 

I would want to be by her side during every single minute of my sleepover with her so that i can assure her that while we can't change the past, we can work and hope for a better future for her and I want to show those who still shun her, even in the slightest, to realize that they don't know how far their initial thoughts of her are from the truth despite Twilight getting her own sneak peek of her inner pony away from her royal status.
