Same with loaded potato soup and Chinese hot and sour.

One of my favorite soups is French onion soup, especially with the presentation: served with a piece of bread and melted cheese on top. 

Other soups I like are New England clam chowder and miso soup.

The four food groups are meat, dairy, grains, and fruits and vegetables so yeah technically fungus should be another food group. I've never had homemade cream of mushroom soup. Sounds delicious!

Fungus is like meatless meat; substantial and yet, not. Makes a magical soup for sure!

Baked potato soup is absolutely delicious, especially if it's got cheddar in it.

On that tangent you can't really go wrong with broccoli cheddar, or chicken noodle, or pozole
