Sir.Flutter Hooves 2,953 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 I really don't know why your saying this bud, I live in Texas as well, and we are getting a MLP Season 4 down here, what makes you think we aren't? The season was confirmed to air in Winter. Not now. I beleive he is talking about the four seasons, such as Winter, Summer, Spring, and Fall.Meaning, that Teaxes does not get thos four distinct seasons. FoxyCryptid 4,330 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 (edited) Depends on which season it is. I think I'd like to live somewhere it was like 60 degrees for most of the year, and only snowed a couple weeks in December to celebrate the Christmas season. The last thing we need is another one of those. Yes, I agree the gun laws here in California are kinda lame but how is California socialist? I hate how it never snows. California has the same problem. Unless you live in Big Bear, which I don't.
Envy 6,284 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 It really sucks living in Texas, where I don't get to enjoy four distinct seasons like everyone else. I wish I could move up north. I totally understand! In Oklahoma we get two seasons: "Winter" - which is really more close to Spring in more normal locations, just a bit more bipolar. And Summer, which is hot and comprises like 85% of the year. -_- I don't know how anybody can stand to live down here. I really don't. You have to believe that 70 degrees is cold before you'll start acting as if Spring's arrival is a good thing. Because it reaches the 80 degree mark during winter. Hey it's better then Indiana where you experience every season in one day. Considering the fact that I live in Oklahoma and have literally gone to sleep to 83 degrees only to wake up to snow on the ground, I'm pretty sure that Texas can have all four seasons in the same day as well. Today was likely one of those days in the panhandle. I know that yesterday it was nearly 90 degrees in Southwestern Oklahoma, and now they're getting an ice storm. In fact, I'm sorry, but I kind of have to laugh at others who say that their weather is random. lol. The weather's going crazy everywhere, I know, but it is consistently crazy in Oklahoma. Aside from during the summer where it's just a constant block of heat with no reprieve. Everything needs more woodwind!
Blue Moon 6,344 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 I don't know about Texas, but North Carolina has these seasons. Summer- Feel the humid summer heat and burn! Fall- Who cares if it was extremely hot yesterday? Get your jacket or face my autumn wrath. Winter- Hey guess what? I'm going to make it extremely cold and windy, but stop right above the freezing point so you don't get snow. Spring- What are you doing wearing jeans and sweaters? You're going to drown in your own sweat! Basically, weather here in North Carolina is a jerk. Maybe Texas has nicer weather? Malao 27 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 Oregon's fine, if you like wet 3/4 of the time. It rains a lot here. The summers are phenomenal though. Just enough hot to be hot without being ridiculous. The rest of the seasons range from a mild cold to "my eyes are now frozen because I had them open too long". ~Mal~

Mr Dash 1,820 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 (edited) Texas sounds nice. I would like to move there where the weather is warm more often than not. Plus I would move to Austin so I can drive by Rooster Teeth every day going about 5 mph staring out my window at them as I drive by with a big grin on my face. Not creepy at all... Oh, and about my seasons, well, they go like this: Spring - Ah, its nice out. Oh, now its a bit chilly. And now it's pouring out. Now it's a bit warm. Ah...what a nice day. Rain. Summer - It's nice out. A little warm. It's hot. It's pouring. It's hot and humid. It's humid and hot. It's pouring again. It's humid and hot again. So much rain. So much humid/hot weather. Fall - Similar to Spring. Winter - It's nice out. Nice and warm. It's cold. A little chilly. Rain. Cold rain. It's nice again. A little warm. Cold. (On occasion), Brrrr.... Rain. Warm. Cold. Warm. Rain. Warm. Cold. (Very Rarely), What is that? What is this white stuff falling from the sky? OMG! IT'S SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, that didn't last very long.... Oh, and when it rains here, it RAINS. My hometown, and the city I currently live in are both the wettest cities in America. They receive the most rainfall per year. Seattle may have rain often, but it's a minor rain compared what we get. We can get several inches in an hour sometimes. Edited April 10, 2013 by Mr. Dash Like, don't underestimate my power man. Thunderbirds360 22 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 Here on Brazil we have two seasons: 1. So much heat my body is going to burn! 2. Lots of rain, but still very hot (Unless it rains for two/three days in a row, something that doesn't happen here often). I'd love to see some snow but that never happens here. I wish i'd be in a place much colder, because i HATE summers. hi friend
Unikitty 1,212 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 Down here, in the Northern end of Australia, we're graced with two glorious seasons. Wet and Dry.Dry: No rain. At all. Sun bleaches the land, whilst a strong wind brushes against it, sucking the life out of your lungs with it's absolute lack of moisture. It stings your eyes, but is the only refuge from the bright gaseous bulb that insists on turning your bones into the same cracked dust the wind catches in your hair.It is the coolest average time of the year.Wet: Rain. Constant rain. A nice shady and cool, 30'C day. A day where every little gust is followed by a powerful thunderstorm, capable of ruining your entire day.But then, the sun comes out and dries up all the rain. By 'dries up' though, I mean heat to a degree so that all the cool, loving water that just fell from the sky rises up at an alarming rate, jamming the air with a humidity level that would break your weather-monitoring tools with water damage.Keep in note that although the weather bureau claims there to be set times and seasons, the reality is the our weather couldn't give a buck, so it randomly chooses days to beat you down with a floating ocean, or tear at your skin with a wind swept wall of dust.Buck seasons.

~Master~ Button Mash 2,307 April 10, 2013 Share April 10, 2013 No, just...no. At least in my opinion. As a student pilot, 3 of the 4 seasons have the problem of putting a dampening on my flying. Spring/fall = lots of rain and snow quite often, and wind. Winter = snow, cold, and wind. Summer is the only season I need. If I could I would move to the southwest. Always warm and little humidity. Perfect weather IMO all year round. As long as you can handle the heat, of course. 1 Follow me on Tumblr! http://stratosthestallion.tumblr.com
