Though you cannot destroy the concept of harmony, one could try to nullify its effect.

 

Is a stone thrown in anger not a stone? Is a ladybug eating aphids not a ladybug? Is a hydra eating ponies not a hydra? Hit them with harmony and their concepts shall not change, their forms shall not change, and their purpose shall not change, as they are all already in harmony with the world. Balance trumps harmony. Plus the Everfree is doing just fine with the elements residing within.

 

So get yourself a green deck, naturalize the enchantments, exile all alicorns with plundervine, then plow through everything with fat creatures. Easy mares, easy life.
