Let's play the zombie apocalypse game. You can pick anyone from any one fictional TV series (doesn't have to be from MLP) to fill in one position, so that means that you can't choose two characters from the same series to play two different roles. Here's mine! Your list can feature a combo of animated characters and "real world" characters if you want.

As is usually my preference, I came up with an all-female team.  Not including myself, of course.  Which makes me wonder what my role would be, other than the guy who put the team together.  In this particular case, I guess I would be the token male.

 

Leader - Agatha Heterodyne from "Girl Genius" comics.  Also could be the Brains.

Brawler - Buffy the vampire slayer.  Also could be the Leader.

Weapons Expert - Hit Girl from "Kick Ass."  She could also work as the Brawler.

Brains - Gadget Hackwrench from "Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers."  I considered her and Agatha swapping roles.

Medic - Hermione Granger. I had her as Leader at first, but needed to move her to fit in other characters.

Speed Fighter - Jessica from "True Blood."  She could also be Medic with her healing blood.

Mascot - Pinkie Pie from that one show.  This was the only role that really worked for her, I think.

Guy (girl) Who Dies First - This role was the most difficult for me to fill.  I wanted to pick a character that I would like to meet, but that I would also like to see get ripped apart by zombies.  The best I could come up with was Mystique from the "X-Men" movies.  She is a cool character, and would come in handy as part of the team.  But she also helped Magneto in his attempt to kill every human being on Earth.  So seeing her die would not bother me much.

As for my choice, I chose Maebara Keiichi as Leader since he always believes in hope and is always good for a miracle.

 

Ryo Narushima as Brawler because no matter the circumstances, he will cling to life.

 

Train Heartnet as Weapons Expert because every bullet of his hits with 100% accuracy and he is extremely fast.

 

L/Ryuzaki as Brain because he can solve any clue and come up with genius ideas.

 

Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi as Medic because I felt like it she is very caring to her comrades.

 

Byakuya Kuchiki as Speed Fighter because you can't see his attacks.

 

Shizuku as mascot because she's adorable :3.

 

Keima Katsuragi as Guy Who Dies First because he's not playing it on a freaking PFP (PSP of that Manga/Anime)

 

EDIT: I might as well be the first guy to die as well, since it's my team... xD
