I believe she was also Timmy Turner in Fairly Oddparents, and I believe she voiced Rikku in Final Fantasy X (not my favorite FF game, but worth noting).

 

I think she also voiced Etna in one of the Disgaea games, but I'd have to find it on Nippon's site to see which one.

Know what? Here. This was a nice find and has alot of interesting stuff in it. Yes. She voiced Hello Kitty back in the 80s. No fooling. She was like, 13 or 14 back then. Since this topic is about Tara Strong, it seems appropriate to include it here.
