What animation error is she talking about?

I love the mistake in magical mystery cure, at one point when Rainbow dash is singing about her cutie mark (which is fluttershys butterfly one) she darts across the screen running after the critters and she has her own cutie mark! This is quite funny. Not many people notice this though.

The only mistake I can really remember was that Rainbow Dash had her correct cutie mark for like a split second during the "What my cutie mark is telling me" song.

Holy crap, this topic made me instantly remember the one animation error I can never forget.

 

First episode, Celestia's tail is hanging off her flank detached from her bottom.

 

Darn it, my eyes go there every time because I know the error is just sitting there, waiting for me, asking me to look and acknowledge it.

Biggest one that stood out for me was during winter wrap up.   When twilight steps outside her home ready to help clean up winter.  And  there she is standing in the door way and NO SNOW ANYWHERE.   She says  maybe she is a bit too early, but judging but that seen she totaly missed the wrap up.

It's really not an error but people say there's a mistake because her eye in the mirror is closed while the eye on her is open.  Thing is, it's a different eye in each case.  So, while it's a little strange maybe that they did it that way, there's really no reason to consider it an error.  Could've easily been a conscious decision to make her look more "sinister" or something.

Just noticed this in Sonic Rainboom:

Rarity's hair passes through her arm.  It's common to see clipping problems in 3D animation, but how did that happen with a 2D Flash character rig?

 Nice! I didn't see that quicky in that episode, i can only remember her song about Hush quiet now!

There's technically a 3D 'camera' in digital animation, in which all the layers are laid out.  And every piece of the character counts as a layer, so here they just have those pieces of her hair out of order.  It's actually a pretty easy mistake to make because pieces will often have to go around each other meaning they need to be brought in front of other layers only to be put behind them later.

 

Who could forget the ol' blue feather error? That one just sticks with me throughout eternity. Someone help, seriously, I can't unsee this. O_O

I forgot about this one.  I have a hard time imagining this mistake actually being made.  I think either somebody was screwing around, or Flash really glitched hard on this one (something I wouldn't put passed Flash).

Definitely the disappearance of Applejack's freckles. They've been so numerous that you can't help but count the amount of times they've disappeared once Season 4 rolls around.

I like this one, from "Look Before You Sleep". Here you can see Daisy, who is an earth pony, and has no horn, is lifting up a branch with magic. (It's hard to tell from the pictures, but go look at the opening of that episode and it's quite clearly being levitated magically.

And his model is used again in Putting Your Hoof Down, still sans cutie mark. Eternal blank flanks may be canon.

My memorable one has to be Big Macintosh's cutie mark error.

Because when he makes his first appearance, his apple had sparkles around it, and then it didn't as the show progressed. XD

......I don't care who you are, I found that hilarious. lol

 

Honestly, I keep hoping that there'll one day be a new episode landing on April 1st and Big Mac's cutie mark will be a literal Big Mac.

 

The animation error I remember most...I can't say. But the worst animation error was in Too Many Pinkie Pies when Pinkie looked like a G3.

In "A Canterlot Wedding p.2" Chrysalis is singing and she TOTALLY has a red flower ONE moment and a PINK flower in its place when she's away from the mirror.  Also, in one episode, there was a pony actually hailed on MLP wiki despite the fact she's two different ponies HALF the time. (In one fanfic, she's dubbed as Princess Erroria due to the fact she's been shown as MANY races and MANY cutie marks are shown for her too. She's been everywhere. Even the Crystals.

 

In Crystal Empire, there was a non-crystal pony other then the Mane 6:Berry Punch.
