Oh Goodie. this is going to be a fun one, hard but fun.

 

there are several steps to take.

1. i would follow him. learn his schedual.

2. wait for points where his schedual secludes him from others.

3. continue my watch for a few days.

4. set up my equipment. sniper rifle, telescope, etc.

5. watch and wait.

6. several shots to the abdomnial area.

7. climb down before anyone comes to investigate.

8. (Optional) plant a knife on him.

9. (Optional) place several 9mm cases a few meters from the body.

10. walk away.

I would get my team of friends together for just about all of these, I would have Wyatt on the sniper in case things go bad, Cohen with a distraction, and me with a silenced pistol hiding next to the door, out of sight.
