From what I read on EQD the Hub didn't protect the free steam and somebody managed to figure out the episode URL. I'm assuming once they find out they will be more careful.

It's a new writer and the best way I can describe it is safe. It was a very safe episode. I don't think he screwed the pooch.

I watched it and I thought it was a fun episode. It managed to be good but not something totally crazy or totally terrible. Season 4 is looking good thus far.
