Also I think that I'm going to switch out Scratched Disk for Zephyr http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/zephyr-r5039  Just because it will be more simple for me to draw Zephyr over and over again, and Scratched Disk has his own Tumblr and Facebook page that he has to run.

 

I plan to start off like in the anime where Kirito has a avatar and then switches to his real self. So Scratched Disk will be my Avatar.

Alright, quick questions:

First, are we proceeding to a certain point each day, or are you free to go as long as you wish? Ex. Will you be saying, (via your post) Day one: Work your way through character selection and end at entering town. Or is it stop when you wish?

Second, I understand how there was no magic in SAO, so will unicorns have limited to no magic in this? limited as such as only levitation to grasp items, and no like fireballs and such? Also will pegasus be limited to none with flight? That way any pony will have equal grounds?

What I'm thinking for Zephyr, is to start off as Unicorn so that he may "get an edge with combat" with magic in the sense of levitation. but after the avatar fades and he becomes pegasus, there would be no flying allowed in game, so he decides to armor his wings and use it as a shield. Tell me what is your thoughts on this?

The horn would be practically useless, perhaps for short range levitation. And, as for the wings, they can get you about half a metre off the ground.

Guys, I need your opinion. Do I make the roleplay a really long one, going through every floor, one by one? Or do I have time skips, like in the show, which might skip from floor 14 to floor 21 for example.

I could tell it was based off of SAO from the title. I love the anime and I am currently watching it on Toonami. I knew it was SAO based from the floating castle aspect. Looking forward to this!

I have realized something. While it is accurate to call Chain Mail's swords katana's, it's equally valid to call them something far more bad ass (since they are all going to be fucking huge and unrealistically 1-hoofed like video games love to throw at us) and that is Zanbato.
