Most brony musicians are software-centered. I wonder is there any hardware centered brony musicians (like me). If so, what hardware do you guys use?

I don't personally own any (aside from a piano and an electric guitar back at home, but I'm at college).

I'd love to get my hands on this gear:

Roland JP-8000
Virus TI
Some sort of electronic drum pad (not sure which yet).
Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus/DJM 900 Nexus mixer for live DJ sets.

*Edit:

All of this was done by 2 people live in front of 20,000 people using just the Roland JP-8000, a Virus TI, a looping pedal, mixer, and drum pad. This is one of my favorite groups of all time: Rank 1. (23:00 is the beginning of my favorite part.)

Well i do use hardware but it's not really for electronic music, but for metal

I do have an electric guitar (VGS soulmaster 7)

a bass guitar (Epiphone Thunderbird Pro IV)

an amp modeler (Zoom G3x)

and mixer (Behringer Xenyx 802)

 

but that's basically it. I use software for drums and everything else, though i track them with an Akai MPK Mini.

I make mostly Chiptune, so a lot of the stuff I use is electronic.

 

I mainly use a combination of Famitracker (I'm beginning to learn to use MilkyTracker) and FL Studio for actually writing the song, but then I export everything to Audacity to put on any finishing touches I may have forgotten. 

 

When I'm not doing Chiptune, I use a guitar (Fender Stratocaster), amp (Peavey Vypyr), drum machine (Alesis SR-18), mixer (Alesis Multimix4), and I mic everything up with an MXL 990 condenser. 

 

I want to put together a pedal board, but I have no clue where to start.

I have some some very basic gear, but I haven't used any of it for actual recording (at  least not for anything MLP releated, and not at home...)

I have a bass guitar (Cort Action V), 2 combos for it (Ashdown Perfect Ten (10W) and Asdown Five Fifteen (100W)), 1 mic (that I don't know if I will attempt to use again...) (AKG Acoustics D88 S/XLR) and an acoustic guitar (Stagg C546)

 

Also, I just ordered a PS3 Rocksmith Bundle, with the Epiphone LesPaul Jr. (mostly for playing on bass, but figured I could use the guitar), so I'm curious how that will sound...

 

And my brother has a synthesizer (maybe CASIO something... i don't really know that much about his stuff ^^") that I sometimes use for getting inspiration, because I can't really play the piano (or synth in this case) that well...
