Based off of a movie thread, what games from this year are you going to get/excited for?

 

I really want to get Homefront 2. It sounds like it is going to be amazing in the hands of Crytek.

I want to get Gran Tourismo 6 but I don't want it to have the system GT5 had where it forces you to drive the shittest cars on the whole planet. I mean why would i buy that game and have to buy some dinky 98hp piece of crap and race against other 98hp pieces of crap?

 

I want to do what I always do, by a used car, stick a turbo in it, win, buy a Subaru Impreza or an Mitsubishi Evo and demolish the AI in every race afterwards.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII - I actually like FF XIII so I'm just continuing on.

 

Tales of Xillia 2 - Another sequel of a game I enjoyed.

 

Blazblue Chronophantasma - I have the Japanese version but I want that English voice over so I'll definitely pick up the localization eventually.

 

And I might import Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold, we'll see what happens when the time comes.

I'm definitely excited for Super Smash Brothers 4, which FINALLY includes Mega Man as a playable character. Though the Wii Fit Trainer was a weird choice, I must say.

 

I'm also looking forward to Elder Scrolls Online. I signed up for the beta and it's freaking sweet

That is the only reason I play the GT series is the vast majority of average everyday cars, mainly the older ones. Now I will agree, I don't want to have Honda Fit race, or any newer non-sport hatchback, those are just boring, but having nothing but super car races just makes it like every other racer on the planet.

 

Only reason I am not buying GT6 right away is continued use of car models still being carried over from the PS2.

I was going to buy Forza 5 and a XBONE, but then I learned there was only 200 cars, so I saved money and just bought a new TV instead, and saved like $300.

Out of any modern games, Dark souls 2 and if I had a wii u, the new fire emblem crossover for wii u and Super Smash Bros.for 3ds. I've got animal crossing and pokemon though so I'm good for a while.
