Just the fact that this question had to be asked indicates to me that this fandom is a long, long way off from acknowledging the "tolerate" part of "love and tolerate". Not that I believe every brony should take that creed to heart, but everyone should have the decency to at least countenance the existence of things they don't personally disagree with, instead of treating those who enjoy it like outcasts and opting to cut them off like a diseased limb.

Like it or not, R34 exists within every fandom, and always will. I agree that R34 artists and those who enjoy their work should be respectful in keeping clop pics away from the general public (i.e. within the confines of NSFW blogs or image hosting sites), but by no means would segregation be a viable solution. If the main concern here is that non-cloppers don't want to be associated with cloppers, well, tough titty. The ignorant will always associate a group as a whole with what it sees as the "negative" aspects of its minority, and that's just something we're all gonna have to get used to. If the claim that we're all cloppers is not true, then why should it bother any of us? Either shrug it off and ignore it, or explain to these ignoramuses why they're wrong (even if the latter is often a fruitless endeavor).

Bottom line, treating cloppers as though they're of lesser value than everyone else is NOT the way to go.

There is nothing I could say that probably hasn't been said already but the very fact that the term "cloppers" even exists is purely chance. A clopper can mean two things: A brony who masturbates or it's just a ponified version of the term masturbate itself.

How private one keeps their sexual life and preferences usually varies by who you're talking to but segregation for something that everyone does even if it's not MLP related? That's all kinds of fucked up. Porn is omnipresent in our lives, especially on the internet. Most people don't get ridiculed for it (mostly) but it's all of a sudden different when it relates to MLP even when the details of what a person is into are kept private just like every other person who watches porn of any sort.

It's also easy to ignore. Regardless of accusation if you are not a clopper then you have no reason to be defensive or take any sort of measures to prevent it from happening. It's irrelevant whether people believe you when you say you aren't a clopper. Your conscious is clear by default.

Unfortunately, this stereotype will continue to plague us Bronies for some time longer, such is the way of Humanity.

However, I believe it would just be best to "deal with it," Cloppers are in no way, shape or form "freaks," as I have seen all too many ignorant people call them. They are a part of the Brony community and we should not segregate them for taking the show in a slightly different viewpoint to us.

"Q'sal, a singular, labyrinthine mind composed of a billion conflicting, paradoxical wills. Have you ever seen the swirling Aetherstorms in it's atmosphere? Smelled the shifting perfumes of intrigue upon it's people? Tasted the gluttonous banquets of ambition permeating from the Sorcerer-Technocrats? Heard the exquisite lies and thoughts of an unknowable population? No Slaaneshi pleasure I have indulged in comes close to that feeling, only in the embrace of Apotheosis could one aspire to find anything greater."
