• Twilight would launch into an epic, angry five minute speech about avenging her grandfather before defeating every villain in the show.
• Pinkie Pie would be in scantily clothes, whilst the rest of the cast wear perfectly normal outfits.
• Given the way people see her, RD would probably be a fanservice magnet
• The Mane 6 would all be 10 years old. Celestia; the wise and ancient ruler on the other hand, would be about 15.
• Flash Sentry would have the whole Mane 6 after him with seemingly no explanation whatsoever
• The Apple Pie fight scene in Over a Barrel would've been set to an epic Latin orchestration

The only difference between an anime and a non-anime is the region it was created in. For all intents and purposes anime is any animated creation made in Japan. The only thing that makes anime stand out is it's cultueral influences. Nothing more.

 

MLP is already an anime. It's just not made in or influenced by Japan.

The Mane 6 would all have huge breasts (try as you may, you can't deny it). Rarity would be pregnant with Spike's baby in one story arc (hormones and all). Fight scenes would be very bloody and action packed (Insert more anime cliches because I don't want to do 1000 characters of this). Overall, boobs and action (clopping encouraged and okay) if we're talking about that kind of anime. Let's also not forget THE TENTACLES!!!!!! Seriously, would still watch as an anime.
