Google has made a few more changes to YouTube that make it, get this, easier to use.  What spore of madness is this?

 

Now you can switch the main page to show only your subscriptions instead of all that pointless information you don't care about.  There is a pull-down menu for all your important stuff (favorites, playlists, and such).  And the notifications are working a bit better (still not perfect though).

 

So...Google is actually making YouTube better?

This change was actually needed in some way, but Google needs to learn not to change it too much or else more people will start to complain about it. Other than that, I'm okay with the new change.

Favorites are, by default, saved to the bottom of a playlist now. Not cool if you have over a thousand favorites like I do. Also, favorites aren't organized in a separate page unless you go into Advanced Editing now, which is bullshit. It just creates a giant page now, which, on weaker PCs, will create lag, making favorites almost unusable if you have thousands of them.

Nothing really major was changed just how your home screen is set up and the font of stuff like playlists. Everything looks like it functions the same. So nothing that really ticks me off.

I really liked the new youtube change. I am so glad that I now have the option to get rid of the annoying panel that is just in the way.

YouTube is trying to make it easier to use. If anything, they are making it harder to use.I miss the old YouTube with no ads and no Google +. I guess this update was ok, i still prefer the old one though.

I don't use my favorites playlist. I instead create several playlists and when I want to favorite a video, I just add it in the proper playlist. I have a wide array of playlists, like MLP, songs, music videos, funny stuff, etc... I recommend it.

Why is the video over to the left? It bugs the crap out of me. This is gonna take some getting used to. Which is annoying. I also don't like that when you click on "videos," it doesn't take you to all videos, but instead to playlists. I know it's just one more click away, but so? It's one more thing I have to do. If I wanted to go to a playlist, I'd have clicked on "Playlists." I clicked on "videos." I wanna see all the goddamn videos.
