What would you do if you were trapped in a very dark room for a week, with food and water coming through the door every 8 hours? How would you act when you were finally released?

Dunno what its called, or if it qualifies as martial art, but the act of knocking someone out by simply pinching them somewhere. Why this one? Its peaceful and isn't too dangerous
