I prefer "pone", it sounds friendlier, somehow!  But if you're trying to show formality, then "pony" is the way to go.

I like to go out to eat at places that are family-owned, like this little restaurant in my Grandparents small town called Jake's Pizza, they have the best food and you can pretty much get anything you can think of there

I have, but only to go a restaurant inside the casino, we did walk by the slot machines and such, it smelled like cigarette smoke, it was kinda gross tbh
