That said, I am so proud of everyone who voted for both AJ and Granny Smith. Free apple cider for everypony! I mean, Granny eked out a victory against the overrated new fan favorite, Coco Pommel? Never would have expected that! 

 

Happy to get Granny through.  Will try my best to repeat her success in the next round; certainly think she's a better character overall than Vinyl (much as I do love DJ-PON3 not withstanding).  That said, if she does get through and the same goes for Derpy, the competition should be very interesting indeed.

Well, Judgement Day has arrived for my favorite character, Spike, who looks like a total wild card in this tournament. Will he make a deep run, or will he get smacked around like he has been for most of season 4? I'll be sweating bullets awaiting the forum's decision.

Whenever I see the words "MLP Forums" and "Tournament" in the same sentence, I always get my hopes up that we will get to do hand to hand combat with our fellow users. 

 

Sadly, this has never been the case, to date.

Hand to hand combat?If you mean hand to hand combat with melee weapons i agree (fist fights aren't that fun) I would prefer to use a particularly nasty tool, named a halberd/poleaxe. But don't worry i don't kill (yet) i just critically injure.

the weird thing about me:

I know how to wield many melee weapons but i only possess wooden training weapons (bo staff, katana, japanese weoponry really.)

I would have to go to my friends house down the road and ask him if i could borrow one of his many swords.

Called the South Region 1st Round early because of lop-sidedness and wanting more time for votes for West Region 1st Round since the bulk of it will be on a Monday when site traffic most likely slows down because of school and stuff for users.
