My favorite is fluttershy simply because whats not to like about her? Shes cute, kind, loving, caring, and shy. and I'm shy IRL so I can relate to her on that.

Mane 6: Pinkie Pie - I like her up beat personality, and try and implement it IRL. Everyone could use a good laugh.

Background: Trixie - I'm just drawn to her for some reason, she's a straight-up bad-ass.

Background background: Uh...Chunky. Though I believe his name is Snowflake - No question about it. Snowflake is best pony.

Let's see, Fluttershy is my favourite of the mane 6, obviously. As for other characters, I like Big Mac, Zecora and the Twins Aloe & Lotus

(I absolutely love the way they look, I wish they had more speaking roles).

I definately love Fluttershy. ^^ so cute and kind and surprisingly dangerous. XD I LOVE it when she goes all Flutterspaz, cuz it's just so not her. one of my favourite lines from Fluttershy is "YOU WILL LOVE ME!!!!!" from her Flutterspaz attack at the Grand Galloping Galla. I laughed so hard at that!

my favourite secondary character's certainly Princess Luna (or as I sometimes like to call her, Princess Lunaughty. XD). she's so awkward, but in such an endearing way. it makes me want to hug her because of how much she goes through every day. no one understands her and everyone's scared of her now because she spent the past thousand or so years in time out for being, quite rightfully, jealous. errrrrgh, just saying it makes me want to hug her more!

I also love Apple Bloom, just cuz she's so cute, and if you're looking for some of the wildest, laugh out loud (translation: lol) expressions in equestria, look no further than Apple Bloom's name on google images. but I chose Princess Luna. ^^

and as for backround characters, I love Derpy. she's so innocent and unusual; whenever I see a large group of ponies in the background I always look for derpy, and I almost always find her. she's everywhere! the first time I saw her actually talking with Rainbow Dash, I practically took notes in my head! that's another one of the many things I love about this show. most cartoons would just use the same repetitive drawing with slightly different coloures for the background all the guys look the same, all the girls look the same... sometimes they don't even bother to draw faces! Where as My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic uses actual characters and sometimes even gives them personalities, or a history! isn't that awesome?

It's a three way tie because it's so hard to choose! I relate the most to Pinkie Pie because I am the random one that falls over standing still and is best friends with everyone. She also makes me laugh a lot. While I love Rainbow's mane and Fluttershy is super cute, I also like Rainbow's brash, brave personality and that she is the element of loyalty and I love how caring, kind, and funny Fluttershy can be at times like "I would like to be a tree" or "yay!" Fluttershy also appeals to me because I love animals and have a lot of pets, too. I also love Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash together and how they counteract each other. I can't pick just one! Gah.

My favorite pony switches between Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity. Rarity was my first favorite, so I voted for her. Braeburn is just plain awesome (Everypony's gay for Braeburn). My favorite princess is Luna. Derpy is my favorite back ground pony. I don't really have huge explanations for why I like these ponies, but still, I like these ponies.

I agree almost completely! I love Fluttershy, my second favourite is Rarity, then Ranbow dash, Pinkie Pie, Twilight, Applejack. it's so hard to choose a favourite when you love them all! ^^

I'm gonna have to go with Pinkie Pie in terms of Mane Six. She's just so bubbly and happy all the time. She doesn't let life get her down and she's always looking to make new friends and make her current friends feel the best they possibly could. I love rarity. I think what really made me like her was her over reactions to everything. They just made me laugh so much, expecially in "a dog and pony show".

 

I didn't like twilight until I saw her absolutely freak out. She's pretty funny when she's being all crazy. It's nice to see that she's not just bossy all the time
