I often go entire nights without getting any sleep. My sleeping pattern has actually been getting much worse lately for reasons I don't know or understand. I'm tired almost constantly, yet I have a very hard time actually falling asleep.

Eh, I'm a night-owl. I thoroughly enjoy the solitude and privacy of night. I'll have electronics keep me up, sure, but put a book in my face, or a movie, and I'll start getting tired immediately. XD

On normal nights, I go to bed around 11-12.

On nights where I wanna stay up, 3's the latest and always the time where I start getting tired. 4-6 is pretty much the time where I say, "Screw it, stayed up all night".

I stay up until midnight doing schoolwork and then another 3 hours on the internet because I want to be able to enioy myself- After doing six or seven hours of homework per night. In the end I only get four or so hours of sleep. It is my own fault. I get distracted SO easily and have issues working fast. Besides that, my sister just informed me that I don't have to write a paragraph per answer.

I always have problems sleeping... and my dad tried to blame it on me being on a computer all the time. (I'm not even on my computer when I go to bed. It's not even in my room by then.)

I'm impressed at the statistics. I thought most people slept 4-6 hours like me! I really need to sleep more though, it's not very healthy to sleep a few hours during week days and sleep a lot on weekends. Guess I'll work on that.

If I had a cent for every single time my mom tells that to me... I could buy Hasbro by now.

I'd say a lot of my diet involves caffeine (on a daily basis, I probably consume the equivalent of one strong pot of coffee, at least of caffeine), due to my social and work schedules, which more often than not do not match.  So yeah, I don't sleep a lot.

I usually don't get more than six hours, and lately it's been tougher for me to fall asleep.  Funny, because I've worked nights before and never had trouble sleeping before.  It's progressed to the point where I take some melatonin as I'm unwinding so I can at least make an effort to fall asleep.

I have trouble falling asleep. I just lay there in the darkness with all sorts of anxiety.

I have trouble STAYING asleep. Something will wake me up (cat, noisy neighbor, full bladder) and then getting back to sleep is a crapshoot.

Last night, went to bed before midnight and was up at... 2:40AM. WIDE AWAKE. (Following a nightmare)  I went back and laid down about 4:30AM, finally drifted off around 6AM but that was short-lived.  Drifted off again about 7AM.

I am a nightowl by nature but get really tired of taking grief for it.  If I stay up until I can't stay awake any longer and don't have an alarm set, I have the ability to sleep 14-16 hours.  That happens once in a blue moon.

Most of the time, I go to bed at 4-5AM and am up around 11AM.  It's nowhere near enough sleep, but since I have to interact with clients during "business hours" I do what I have to do.  This usually means that 6PM-8PM is absolute agony for me because I am SO tired but can't go to sleep. And guilt largely keeps me from getting enough sleep on weekends (if I am sleeping, I can't spend time with my special somepony... I am willing to sacrifice sleep to get to spend time with my sweetie).

I used to sleep pretty well and even remember my dreams.

Now I can't get to sleep half the time and only sleep around 4 hours or so. And don't even remember my dreams (if I dream)

I will say the last dream I had was a nightmare... Really creepy almost silent hill stuff but worse. I woke up and could still see some of the things. Scared the crap out of me and I jumped out of bed and the images where gone. I was awake because I sat up  a little when I first opened my eyes.

This is kind of a mixed answer.

I do get better sleep than I used to.

But note: I am unemployed, and I am a graduate.

So, a lot of my day takes up sleeping. ^^"

I'll go to bed around 5 am every morning, and a lot of the times wake around 1 or 2 in the after noon.

But I usually feel well-rested. ^^

Now, when I had a job, and I went to school, I had to force myself to go to bed at a certain time or I didn't get enough sleep.

Which was really hard to do, so I never got much sleep when I was in school, or when I had a job.

Like I said, a mixed answer! ^^
