In my opinion "next gen" is just a fancy way of saying ".5" when it comes to consoles nowadays.

I can see that. For me it is a bit different. The machines are indeed powerful and I applaud the backwards compatibility, especially from Microsoft, but my biggest issue has been their disastrous stocking problems. I understand that manufacturing is not an easy process, but we are near half a year after launch and these consoles are still basically impossible to find. Anytime they go in stock online, they are gone in mere seconds. Yesterday the Microsoft store apparently had some Series X systems in stock. They were gone in 2 seconds. No joke. It simply has made all the "hype" and advertising seem foolish and pointless.

Me and my brother, on our casual stroll had a girl approach us she was crying and she was cold. Then she told us "my boyfriend has been beating me and all I just left him, please can you tell me where to go I want to go somewhere I can get inside". To which I replied that she should go to the shop that she would be safe there, she refused and asked us again to which I said another place and as I was about to suggest calling the police picking up my phone she left walking with her travel bag. I thought to myself, just what type of loser you'd have to be as a man to lay your fist at a woman although suggesting he did more truly despicable have you no honor as a man? It had me think about truly the importance of having a good partner and a good relationship. She went with the police.
